自动变速器换挡杆电子控制器设计研究

摘要

换挡杆位置信号是汽车自动变速器最重要的控制信号之一.对自动变速器换挡杆电控系统进行了研究,提出了一种换挡杆位置检测方案,该方案不仅可实现换挡杆在各固定挡位的检测,还可实现换挡杆在瞬态位置的检测.设计并制作了控制器的硬件电路,软件方面着重对系统故障诊断功能进行了研究.最后通过试验台架检测和验证了控制器功能的合理性和有效性.%Shift lever position is one of the most important signals in the automatic transmission control. Automatie transmission shift lever control system is studied, and a new shift lever detection method is raised. This method not only achieves in the fixed-gear shift lever detection, but also realizes the shift lever transient position detection. The controller hardware is designed and the research is focused on the system fault diagnosis. Finally, the controller function' s rationality and effectiveness are verified by test bench.
