基于高速USB2.0的电动伺服系统多电量实时监测平台设计

         

摘要

为满足不同用途电动伺服系统越来越高的响应速度、调速精度及线性度范围要求,实时监测并显示电动伺服系统中多种电量就显得尤为重要;将高速USB2.0技术用作电动伺服系统与上位机之间的高速通信方式,实现了实时多电量数据的高速传输,解决了电动伺服系统多电量实时监测的难题;最后,对USB2.0的实时多电量通信进行了测试,并将该监测平台应用于某电动伺服系统进行监测,结果达到了预期的目标,验证了该监测平台的正确性和实时性.%To meet the different purposes electric servo system' s requirements of the increasing speed of response, accuracy and linearity range of speed governing, real-time monitoring and display of a variety of electric variables of the electric servo system is particularly important. High-speed USB2.0 technology as the means of communication between the electric servo system and the upper computer is brought in, and rapid and real-time transmission of multiple electric variables is successfully achieved, the problem that concerning real-time mass data transmission between the upper computer and control platform is solved. Finally, a test on the real-time communication functions of the USB2.0 is given, and the control platform in the brushless DC motor servo system is tested. The results achieve the desired goals, verifying the correctness and rationality of the control platform.
