基于ATML的测试程序开发研究

摘要

The development of test program is one of the core element of building automatic test system( ATS). One of the important research content of ATS future development is to study on how to reduce the development costs of ATS. Key function of ATML test description during programing is analyzed by researching on programing process and structure of description document. Test program is built as instance document being transformed into TestStand testing array by using test description translator under NI TestStand. Based on this, testing array is simulated and proved, so that programing efficiency and commonality are better.%测试程序的开发是构建自动测试系统(ATS)的一个核心问题,研究如何提高测试程序是今后ATS发展的重要研究内容之一.通过对测试程序开发过程和ATML测试描述文档结构的研究,分析得出ATML测试描述在程序开发中的关键作用,并运用NI公司的TestStand平台下的TD翻译器工具包将测试描述实例文档快速转换为TestStand测试序列,完成对测试程序的开发.在此基础上,在TestStand平台下对生成的测试序列进行运行验证,从而提高测试程序的开发效率、增强测试程序的可重用性.
