基于SPC的SMT生产质量在线分析系统设计

         

摘要

通过对SMT生产现场需求的分析,确定了SMT生产质量分析系统软件的总体框架;详细设计了控制图、报表输出、异常数据判定等关键功能.整个系统采用Microsoft SQL Server作为后台数据处理,利用Visual Basic作为开发环境,通过测量用传感器实现对关键工序运行状态数据的收集,采用上位机与触摸屏之间的以太网通信实现检测数据的传输与存储、报表的显示输出、SPC质量分析统计,实现SPC控制图的绘制、异常数据的报警,从而更深入地确定产出变化是由非随机性原因还是正常原因造成的,达到提高SMT产品质量的目的.%By analysis on the requirement of the SMT production field, the system framework of quality analyzer for SMT production is confirmed. The key functions are designed on the control chart, reports output, as well as the check of the abnormal value of statistical data. The system uses Visual Basic as the development tool, and Microsoft SQL Server as the data management server. The test data of the key working procedures are collected by the sensors. By using the communication between the host computer and the touch screens, some operations are carried out such as transmission and storage of detect data, display and output of statements, quality analysis statistics of SPC, drawing of the SPC control chart and alarm of abnormal data and so on. This system can deeply determine the change in output cased by the non-radomness reason or the normal reason, which can improve the quality of SMT products.
