针对RP( rapid prototyping)过程的复杂性,提出一种RP过程控制系统的模块化设计方法.本方法将软件和硬件有机结合,激光加工运动控制模块独立设计,可嵌入不同的RP设备中,有效降低开发成本.系统引入了加工代码查错及图形预览算法,可减少成型失败次数,提高成型效率.大量的实例应用验证了本系统的可行性及稳定性.%In view of complexity of rapid prototyping ( RP) processing, a design method of RP processing control system was presented, which combined with hardware and software. The laser processing control module was designed independently, and it can be embedded to different RP system through modification to reduce the development cost. Error checking with processing code and the algorithm of path preview were introduced into the control system, which decreased the failure times of RP manufacturing. Case study result justifies the feasibility and stability of this system.
