不同锰源对尖晶石型锰酸锂性能影响的研究

         

摘要

分别以自制锰源和工业用电解二氧化锰为原料,采用固相合成法,将锰源和碳酸锂的混合物合成尖晶石型锰酸锂.通过扫描电子显微镜、X射线衍射的方法研究了不同锰源合成的尖晶石型锰酸锂之间形貌和结构的区别,通过电性能测试研究了不同锰酸锂对锂离子电池电性能的影响.结果表明:合成的锰酸锂都有良好的尖晶石型立方结构,以碳酸锰为原料的自制三氧化二锰合成的锰酸锂颗粒细小、致密,颗粒大小分布均匀,首次充放电比容量最高,分别为136.51mAh/g和124.18mAh/g,同时也表现出了最优的循环性能,循环50次的充放电容量分别为103.02mAh/g和91.21mAh/g.%Spinel LiMn2O4 were prepared by solid reaction method,using self-prepared manganese oxides,electrolytic manganese dioxide for industrial use and LiCO3 as raw materials.Differences of morphology and structure of spinel LiMn2O4 prepared by different Mn oxides were studied through XRD and SEM.Electrical properties among them were investigated through electrical properties testing instruments.The result shows that all the LiMn2O4have perfect spinel cubic structures,LiMn2O4 synthesized by Mn2O3 from LiCO3 has dense granule and uniform particle size.This kind of LiMn2O4has the best first charge and discharge capacity,136.51mAh/g and 124.18mAh/g respectively.It also has the best cycling behavior.Its charge and discharge capacity after 50 times cycling keeps 103.02mAh/g and 91.21mAh/g.
