The author summarized the powder preparation and process of FeSiAl soft magnetic powder cores,which emphatically introduced the progress and effect of powder preparation, powder surface insulation coating and heat treatment.%对铁硅铝磁粉芯的制粉工艺、成形工艺等进行了归纳总结，重点介绍了粉末制备、绝缘包覆、压制成形和热处理等工艺的进展及成效。
