醇化法合成碲醇盐及其Sol-gel法制备碲酸盐薄膜

     

摘要

以二元醇和TeO_2为反应物,通过醇化反应合成金属碲醇盐.利用FT-IR、Raman、DTA和OM测试手段研究了醇化反应过程及产物性质.结果发现,以反应活性高的乙二醇和1,2丙二醇为反应物可以合成出乙二醇碲和1,2丙二醇碲.与1,2丙二醇碲相比,乙二醇碲聚合程度相对较高,因此,其溶解性差、熔点高;而1,2丙二醇碲溶解性好、熔点低.XRD和FE-SEM分析表明,采用本实验合成的1,2丙二醇碲,通过溶胶一凝胶法可制备出适用于光电器件的碲酸盐薄膜材料.%Tetraalkoxytelluranes are synthesized through the reaction of tellurium dioxide with dihydroxy alcohols. The synthesis reaction mechanism and the properties of products are studied with FT-IR, Raman, DTA and OM analysis. The results show that when ethylene glycol and 1,2-propylene glycol are used as reagent, tellurium ethylene diglycollate and tellurium 1,2-propylene diglycollate are synthesized, respectively. Tellurium alkoxide-diol complexes are believed to form polymeric molecules through the formation of intermediate bonds between metal and oxygen. The associated molecular clustering of tellurium ethylene diglycollate is relatively large, and thus it has poor solubility and high melting point. Comparatively, tellurium 1,2-propylene diglycollate has relatively good solubility and low melting point. XRD and FE-SEM analysis results show that tellurite films can be prepared by sol-gel method using tellurium 1,2-propylene diglycollate as raw material.
