载流摩擦磨损中影响起弧的因素分析

     

摘要

Electric-current friction properties of copper-base PM (powder metallurgy)/QCr0. 5 couples are investigated with an HST-100 high speed and carry current friction and wear tester. On the basis of experiments under many different conditions, the factors that friction and wear impacted the arc were analyzed. The conclusion was drawn: load affects the materials' arc properties by mainly impacting the contact state and friction couple surface temperature. There is an optimal value. With the value, arcing rate, arc energy, friction coefficient, quality wear rate are all minimal. Electric field made by electric current between two electrodes is a necessary condition for the formation of arc discharge; electric current mainly impacts friction couple surface temperature, thereby change its surface state.%以铜基粉末冶金/铬青铜为摩擦副,在销-盘式摩擦磨损试验机上进行了载流摩擦学特性研究.在多种试验条件下对载流摩擦磨损中影响起弧的因素进行了分析.结果表明,载荷主要是通过影响接触状态和摩擦副表面温度,进而影响材料的电弧性能.载荷有一个最佳值,在此载荷条件下燃弧率、电弧能量、摩擦系数、质量磨损率均最小;电流在两电极间产生电场是形成电弧放电的必要条件,电流主要影响了摩擦副的表面温度,从而使摩擦副表面状态变差.
