准一维ZnO纳米材料及器件的研究进展

摘要

The quasi one dimensional nanostructural ZnO have potential applications in micro-electronics and optoelectronics devices. In recent years, the studies of one dimensional ZnO nanodevices design and nanofabrication have started. The fabrication methods and mechanisms of quasi one dimensional ZnO nanomaterials and nanoarrays are summarized. The progress of quasi one dimensional ZnO nanodevices is also introduced.
