利用比表面分析仪、扫描电镜和红外光谱仪对活性炭纤维(ACFs)的性能进行表征.选择一定浓度的六价铬[Cr(Ⅵ)]溶液进行吸附研究,考察接触时间、溶液pH值以及溶液中Cr(Ⅵ)的初始质量浓度对吸附行为的影响.结果表明,最佳接触时间为125 min ;Cr(Ⅵ)的去除率随着pH值的减小而增大,当pH=2.0时达到最大;Cr(Ⅵ)的吸附量随着Cr(Ⅵ)初始质量浓度的增加而增大,而去除率随着Cr(Ⅵ)初始质量浓度的增加而减小.此外,对材料 的吸附机制进行了简要的分析.%The properties of ACFs were characterized by BET specific surface area analyser, scanning electron microscopy and FTIR. The research was carried out with low concentration Cr( Ⅵ ) as adsorbate and effects of contact time, solution pH and initial concentration of Cr( Ⅵ ) on adsorption ability were examined. The results show that optical contact time is 125min; the removal ratio of Ct(Ⅵ) increases with the decrease of pH, and the removal ratio reaches to maximum when pH is 2.0; the adsorption capacity of Cr( Ⅵ ) increases with increase of initial Cr( Ⅵ ) concentration, but the removal ratio decreases with the initial concentration increasing. In addition, adsorption mechanism of ACFs was simple discussed.
