5052铝合金金字塔型点阵夹芯板的成型及其组

     

摘要

5052 aluminum alloy plate was punch-formed and used as a pyramid core, and 2024 aluminum alloy as a facesheet. They were welded in furnace at 430℃ and 460℃, respectively, using Zn-Cd-Ag-Cu alloy as the wlder.The structure of welded joints on sandwich plates was observed by optical microscope, micro-hardness test and compression test. The results indicate that the pyramid lattice sandwich plates of 5052 aluminum alloy welded at 430℃ has good structure and properties.%采用冲压成型的5052铝合金板作为金字塔点阵芯层,2024铝合金作为面板,以Zn-Cd-Ag-Cu为钎料,分别在430℃、460℃进行炉中钎焊.观察焊后钎料及夹芯板的焊接接头组织,并进行显微硬度测试和压缩试验.结果表明,5052金字塔型点阵夹芯板在430C焊接具有良好的组织和性能.
