掺杂纳米α-Fe2O3的微波合成与湿敏性能研究

     

摘要

A series of Sn4+ and Zn2+ doped α- Fe2O3 vano-particles with corundum structures were prepared by microwave method. The sensors were made by thick film technique with doped α- Fe2O3 layer on ceramic substrates.According to the XRD, Fe3+ in the crystal lattice of α- Fe2O3 is partly replaced by Sn4+ or Zn2+ , resulting in change of the lattice parameters and decrease of grain size which leads to micronization. It is found that doping improves the sensitivity by testing and analyzing the resistance of sensors at different humidity.%采用微波法制备出一系列刚玉结构的掺杂Sn4+和Zn2+的α-Fe2O3纳米粒子,并用厚膜工艺将粉体涂在陶瓷基片上制成湿敏元件.通过对粉体的XRD测试与分析发现,部分Sn4+和Zn2+以类质同象的方式进入到α-Fe2O3晶格中代替Fe3+,改变了α-Fe2O3的晶胞参数,同时晶粒尺寸减小,达到微细化的效果.测试了元件在不同湿度下的电阻,结果表明掺杂提高了α-Fe2O3的湿敏性.
