叔氟乳液改性阻尼材料的研究

     

摘要

研究了叔氟乳液对阻尼材料性能的影响,并对制备的阻尼材料进行了傅里叶转换红外光谱( FTIR)、扫描电子显微镜( SEM)和动态力学性能(DMA)等表征.结果表明,叔碳键与氟碳键的引入,极大地改善了阻尼材料的成膜性和表面平整度.利用此乳液制备的阻尼材料,低温区损耗因子得到提高,并且在储能模量方面有大幅度的提高.%The influence of tert-fluoro emulsion on the modified performance of the damping materials was studied. The damping materials were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectrometry(FTIR), scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and dynamic mechanical analyzers(DMA). The results show that the introduction of tertiary carbon and fluorine carbon improve the film-forming and surface smoothness of the damping material. The damping material including the tert-fluoro emulsion have a higher damping factor in the low temperature region, and have a higher energy storage modulus.
