癸酸/棕榈酸相变石膏板传热特性的实验研究

     

摘要

Gypsum plasterboard was adopted to adsorb the CA-PA eutectic mixture. By controlling soak time and soak temperature, some phase change gypsum plasterboard with different weight gain can be tested in constant temperature boundary conditions, in order to draw its melting characteristic. By comparing heating curve of different capric acid/palmitic acid phase change gypsum plasterboard, it can be drawn the heat transfer characteristic of PCM gypsum plasterboard. It turned out that the heat storage capacity increased with the increase of phase change materials, and the higher the temperature of the underside is, the shorter the phase transformation time will be.%以普通纸面石膏板浸泡吸附癸酸/棕榈酸低共熔混合物,通过控制浸泡时间和浸泡温度,制备成增重不同的相变石膏板,并进行恒温边界条件下的熔化特性实验,得到3种癸酸/棕榈酸相变石膏板升温曲线,分析比较了相变石膏板的传热特性.结果表明,相变石膏板的蓄热能力随添加相变材料质量分数的增大而变强;对于同一种相变石膏板,底面温度越高,相变作用时间越短.
