聚砜酰胺/碳纳米管复合材料的热稳定性研究

         

摘要

Research on the thermal stability of polysulfonamide/carbon nanotubes (PSA/CNT) composite films was conducted. The effects of CNT and its mass fraction on thermal decomposition behavior of PSA were investigated based on the calculation of thermal conductivity, the foundation of heat conducting model, and the thermal gravimetric analysis (TGA). The experimental results show that the introducing of CNT improves the thermal conductivity of PSA composites, and heat can transfer uniformly layer by layer from the blending system to CNTs, so the thermal decomposition behavior of composites can be postponed. In addition, the initial thermal decomposition temperature and the residue at the terminal temperature of PSA composites blending with CNT are increased, therefore, the thermal stability of PSA composites is improved significantly.%对自制的聚砜酰胺/碳纳米管(PSA/CNT)复合材料薄膜进行了热稳定性能的研究与分析,通过导热系数的计算、导热模型的建立以及热重法分析探讨了CNT及其质量分数对PSA热分解行为的影响.研究表明,CNT的加入提高了PSA复合材料的导热系数,从而延缓了复合材料的热分解行为;CNT的添加提高了复合材料的起始分解温度和在终止温度时的质量残余率,明显地提高了PSA复合材料的热稳定性能.
