固溶强化型高温合金Ni-20Cr-18W-Mo的性能研究

             

摘要

Solid solution nickel-based superalloy Ni-20Cr-18W-Mo (50kg ingot) was introduced. The thermal properties and mechanical property of test alloy were measured, such as elastic modulus, Poisson ratio, thermal expansion coefficient, coefficient of thermal conductivity, specific heat capacity and tensile strength, oxidation resistance, creep properties, etc. Compared with the results and existing nickel-based superalloy, it could be concluded that the thermal expansion coefficient of Ni-20Cr-18W-Mo was superiority to the Haynes230 superalloy. The tensile strength and percentage elongation was 131MPa and 66. 2% which approximated to Haynes230. The average oxidation rate at 1100℃ was determined to be 0. 064g/(m2·h) and it indicated that the test alloy was fully anti-oxidation at 1100℃.%检测了50kg铸锭级别的固溶强化型镍基高温合金Ni-20Cr-18W-Mo的弹性模量、泊松比、热膨胀系数、热导率、比热容等热物特性以及拉伸、抗氧化、高温蠕变等力学性能.通过对比分析发现Ni-20Cr-18W-Mo在高温条件下的热膨胀系数优于Haynes230等合金;1100℃时抗拉强度/延伸率可达到131MPa/66.2%,与公布的Haynes230合金最高强度值基本相当;1100℃时氧化速度为0.064g/(m2·h),为完全抗氧化级.
