1631-MMT对P(BA-VAc)乳液及共聚胶膜性能的影响

         

摘要

P(BA-VAc)/1631-MMT emulsions were synthesized via in-situ polymerization. The effect of 1631-MMT loading amount on the properties of copolymer emulsion and films was discussed. The effect of 1631-MMT on the water resistance, mechanical and thermal properties of copolymer film were investigated via gravimetric method, universal material testing machine and thermal gravimetric analysis. The copolymer emulsion owned excellent chemical and mechanical properties, when the 1631-MMT dosage was less than 1.0%(mass fraction). The copolymer film had the best water resistance property with 0. 5% (mass fraction) 1631-MMT. Tensile strength of copolymer films were enhanced until a maximum value reached with an increasing 1631-MMT loading amount. Thermal gravimetric analysis data showed that 1631-MMT might take part in the thermal degradation behavior of the copolymer.%采用原位聚合反应制备了P(BA-VAc)/1631-MMT复合乳液,研究了1631-MMT用量对乳液和共聚胶膜性能的影响.通过重量法、万能材料试验机以及热重分析法探讨了1631-MMT对共聚胶膜耐水性能、力学性能以及热性能的影响.结果表明,1631-MMT用量小于1.0%(质量分数)时,共聚乳液的化学稳定性能以及机械稳定性能良好;1631-MMT用量为0.5%(质量分数)时共聚胶膜具有最佳耐水性能;共聚胶膜拉伸强度随1631-MMT用量的增大呈先增大后减小的趋势.热性能测试结果显示,1631-MMT可能参与了P(BA-VAc)大分子的热降解.
