The properties and absorbing mechanism as microwave absorber of ITO are presented. Research status of ITO microwave absorbing materials is reviewed. Preparation methods of ITO nanoparticles such as co-precipitation method, hydrothermal method, sol-gel technique etc are summarized. The various synthesis procedures and the characleristics are analyzed. Finally, the application and future prospect of ITO absorbing agent are discussed.%介绍了ITO的性质和作为微波吸波剂的吸波原理,综述了ITO吸波材料的研究现状,论述了纳米ITO吸收剂粉末的制备方法,如均相共沉淀法、水溶液共沉淀法、水热合成法、溶胶-凝胶法、电解法、喷雾燃烧法、喷雾热分解法和机械混合法,并分析了不同制备方法的工艺及特点,最后指出了ITO吸收剂的应用前景和发展方向.
