聚合物改性水泥基修补材料的研究现状及发展措施

摘要

The basic situation of engineering repair material is summarized and reviewed, research status of inorganic, polymer and polymer-modified repair materials are introduced respectively, and potential application of polymer emulsion in repair material is also discussed. The polymer emulsions commonly used in polymer-modified cementi-tious repair material like epoxy emulsion, styrene-butadiene latex, acrylic emulsion and vinyl acetate copolymer are emphasized and discussed in details in terms of performance and application status, and some solutions are also given to the main problems existed in the development of polymer-modified cementitious repair material.%综述了工程修补材料的基本情况,分别介绍了无机类、有机类、有机改性类修补材料的研究现状,并探讨了聚合物乳液在修补材料中的应用潜力.重点论述了常用于聚合物改性水泥基修补材料中的环氧乳液、丁苯乳液、丙烯酸系乳液和醋酸乙烯酯共聚物等聚合物乳液的特性及其应用现状,并就聚合物改性水泥基修补材料的发展中所面临的主要问题提出了若干建议.
