纳米氧化锆涂层的显微硬度分布特征研究

         

摘要

Adopting the same technical parameters, SI coating and Bl coating were prepared by plasma spra ying with two kinds of reconstituting and drying powders. Microhardness and resist crack spread force of as-spraying coatings were studied contrastively, and results indicate that of SI coating and Bl coating go with Weibull. Microhard ness and resist crack spread force of SI coating excel those of Bl coating. Cross-section microhardnesses of two coa tings excel their surface microhardnesses.%采用相同的喷涂工艺参数分别对两种喷雾造粒纳米氧化锆粉末进行等离子喷涂,制备了两种纳米涂层S1和B1,对比研究了两种涂层的显微硬度、抗裂纹扩展力.结果表明,两种涂层的显微硬度测试值服从Weibull分布,无论是表面还是截面的显微硬度值,S1涂层均优于B1涂层,两种涂层截面的显微硬度值均优于其对应的表面显微硬度值,S1涂层的抗裂纹扩展力也优于B1涂层.
