规则微观结构粗糙表面浸润性研究

     

摘要

Four groups of rough surfaces with regular microstructures were made.Each group included nine pieces of surface with roughness from 1.2 to 2.0.The apparent contact angles (CA) were measured and compared with theoretical values calculated by Wenzel model and Cassie model to find out the elements which affect the wetting behavior of each rough surface.It is discovered that difference of extent which liquid intrudes into microstructures is the main reason which causes the different wetting behaviors.A new predictor formula has been given out on these rough surfaces with two kinds of different microstructures.%制作了4组具有不同规则微观结构、粗糙度为1.2~2.0的粗糙表面,并测量了各个粗糙表面的表观接触角.而后将各组粗糙表面的接触角测量值与Wenzel模型预测值和Cassie模型预测值进行比较,分析了影响各个粗糙表面浸润特性的因素.发现孔状微观结构的粗糙表面与柱状微观结构的粗糙表面的浸润性有很大区别,不同的微观结构导致液体侵入微结构内部程度的不同是引起此区别的主要原因,进而针对这两种不同微观结构的粗糙表面提出了新的预测值计算公式.
