铜掺杂纳米二氧化钛光催化性能研究进展

     

摘要

The intrinsic properties of titanium dioxide, including photocurrent charge carrier immigration pro perty, could be modified by copper doping into its crystal lattice. The change could influence the recombination of pho-toinduced electron-hole pairs, and thus improve the photocatalytic activity of titanium dioxide. Although some factors may influence the nano-particle's crystal structure and surface properties, such as preparation method,annealing tem perature, etc. Under these influences, the nanometer photocatalyzer may show different photocatalytic activities, such as the behavior of crystal phase, which would be embodied in the rutile phase transformation, the increase of quantum yield, and so forth. According to contemporary progress in research and application of copper doped titanium dioxide, the influencing factors of photocatalytic efficiency are reviewed, and it is pointed out that crystal phase structure, preparation method, doping concentration and pH are the major influencing factors. At the end, the study and practice field that should be strengthened is put foward.%铜离子掺杂能够改变TiO2的光生载流子传输,从而影响光生电子-空穴的复合,因此铜离子掺杂能够提高TiO2的光催化活性.铜掺杂纳米TiO2在制备过程中容易受到制备技术、热处理温度等的影响,而使纳米TiO2的晶体结构和表面性质发生变化,这些变化主要体现在晶相结构变化、量子产率增加等方面.针对近年来铜掺杂TiO2的研究及应用进展,综述了影响其光催化效果的因素,指出晶相结构、制备方法、掺杂浓度、反应体系的pH值是主要因素,并提出了未来需要加强研究的方向.
