退火处理对AZ31B镁合金薄板组织及性能的影响

     

摘要

研究了AZ31B镁合金薄板不同温度、时间退火处理后的组织和性能.结果表明,镁合金薄板经退火处理后,强度略有下降,伸长率明显提高;在250℃退火保温30 min可获得晶粒尺寸为3~5 μm的细晶组织,且薄板的综合性能较好;热处理对镁合金薄板的各向异性没有明显作用.%The microstructure and mechanical properties of AZ31B magnesium alloy sheets were studied upon annealing heat treatment at different temperature and for different time. The results show that the tensile strength of annealed alloy descended lightly, while the tensile elongation increased. The refine grain of alloy obtained with an average size about 3 - 5 μm by annealing at 250 ℃ for 30 min which leads the general properties of the alloy further increase. Annealing heat treatment has little impact on mechanical anisotropy of AZ31B magnesium alloy sheets.
