半球结构表面的浸润性研究

     

摘要

The relationship between the wettability and parameters of hemisphere surface has been researched from the solid-liquid contact angle in Wenzel model and Cassie model of rough surface. The result indicates that the apparent contact angle increased with the interior angle of rhombic unit and the ratio of the diameter of the hemisphere to the distance between the adjacent hemispheres. Meanwhile, the stable condition of hemisphere surface has been given based on the principle that the bigger the difference of potential energy between Cassie model and Wenzel model is, the more stable the Cassie model is, that is the ratio of the diameter of the hemisphere to the distance between the adjacent hemispheres is 1 and interior angle of rhombic unit is 60°.%从粗糙表面固液接触角的Wenzel模型和Cassie模型出发,研究了半球结构表面的浸润性与结构参数之间的关系.结果表明,Cassie状态下表观接触角随半球的直径与相邻半球之间的距离的比值的增大而增大.随菱形单元内角的增大而增大.同时,以Cassie状态与Wenzel状态势能差越大越稳定为判据,给出了半球结构表面的稳定条件,即菱形单元结构半球直径与相邻半球之间的距离的比值为1,菱形单元内角为60°.
