信息存储介质的安全销毁方法及资源化技术

     

摘要

信息存储介质是当前使用最广泛的电子产品之一,其大量使用也导致了废弃信息存储介质的快速产生.其作为信息载体的特殊性,为这类电子废弃物的处理提出了新的挑战和更高的技术要求.根据信息存储介质的不同存储机理,提供了对应的安全销毁方法.对于磁存储介质,磁场消磁法具有技术优势和环境优势,发展前景最为广阔;对于半导体存储介质,机械破碎法是最有效的销毁方法,同时也作为资源化的预处理节约了工艺流程.铝合金回收是硬盘资源化的重点,除漆则是硬盘铝合金回收的关键环节,实验表明热除漆法能够很好地达到二次熔炼要求.半导体存储介质中的半导体材料、非金属材料和金属材料均是可回收资源,通过静电分选将三者加以分离是半导体存储介质资源化的关键技术,也是目前的研究重点.%Storage medium (SM) is one of the most widely used electrical products, which leads to the sharp increasing of the abandon of waste storage medium (WSM). WSM's particularity of carrying data has posed new challenges and is calling for higher technical requirements. Methods of security destruction were provided according to different kinds of SM with different storage mechanism. For magnetic SM, degaussing method has technological and environmental superiority. Making it the most promising method. For semiconductor SM, mechanical crushing is the most effective destruction method. Meanwhile, it can economize process flow as a preprocessing of resources recycling. The recycling of aluminum alloy from hard disk drive is a focal point, in which coating removal is the key technique. Experiments have proved that coating removal can be achieved by heating method and meet the requirement of secondary melting. The semiconductor material, nonmetal material, and metal material inside semiconductor SM are all recyclable resources. The employment of electrostatic separation in this recycling process is the key technique and major concern.
