铜/钢双金属复合制备工艺技术研究现状

摘要

The current domestic and foreign principal production routes of copper/steel bimetal composite mate-rials and the corresponding principles and characteristics are introduced.On this basis,the metallurgical bonding be-havior of copper/steel bimetal composite interface and the preparation technology of copper/steel bimetal composite materials are analyzed.In addition,the application of copper/steel composite materials is introduced in various as-pects,and the future development trends of the mentioned preparation processes finally are summarized.%介绍了目前国内外生产铜/钢双金属复合材料的主要制备工艺以及它们的原理和特点，在此基础上分析了铜/钢复合界面的冶金结合行为和铜/钢双金属复合材料制备的研究动态，并对铜/钢复合材料在各方面的应用做了简单介绍，最后对各制备工艺的未来发展趋势进行总结。
