铝钢金属间化合物生长及其抑制机理的研究现状

         

摘要

铝钢复合材料兼具钢良好的力学性能和铝的耐腐蚀、高导热性、密度低等特点,可以满足许多特殊使用要求。铝钢界面若生成金属间化合物,会破坏铝钢基体间的冶金结合,严重影响材料的使用性能。因此,抑制铝钢界面金属间化合物的生长是开发铝钢复合材料的关键。对铝钢金属间化合物的生长及其抑制机理进行了较为系统的综述,介绍了铝钢界面常见的金属间化合物生成相的种类、晶体结构,从热力学与动力学角度对金属间化合物的生成机理及形成顺序进行了阐述。此外,对比总结了不同合金元素对铝钢金属间化合物形成的影响规律,着重分析了Si元素对铝钢金属间化合物生长的抑制机理。%Al-steel clad material has been widely used due to its excellent performance both with good mechani-cal property of steel and corrosion resistance,high thermal conductivity,low density of Al.The metallurgical bonding between the Al and the steel will be damaged when the intermetallic compound generated in the interface.It seriously deteriorates the performance of the material.So it′s important to inhibit the growth of the intermetallic compound for develop the Al-steel clad material.This paper summarizes the formation and inhibition mechanism of Fe-Al intermetal-lic compound.Introduce the type and crystal structure of the most common Fe-Al intermetallic compound phases.Dis-cuss the mechanism and the subsequence on the formation of the intermetallic compound from the aspects of thermody-namics and dynamics.Then compare the effect of different alloy element on the formation of the Fe-Al intermetallic compound.Especially,the inhibition mechanism of Si on the formation of Fe-Al intermetallic compound is emphatically considered.
