水泥乳化沥青砂浆研究进展

     

摘要

水泥乳化沥青砂浆(CA砂浆)系由水泥、乳化沥青、砂、水和适量添加剂等组分组成,并由水泥水化产物与沥青共同作为胶凝基体将砂子骨料胶结而形成的一种粘弹性有机-无机复合材料,是我国高速铁路板式无砟轨道结构的关键材料之一,起着支撑、调整、缓冲和协调等作用.本文综述了CA砂浆的典型组成与配比,综合分析了其工作性能、力学性能、耐久性能、变形性能的特点及其主要影响因素,阐述了其微结构形成与演变特征,并探讨和展望了 CA 砂浆未来亟需研究的重点方向,为我国高速铁路板式无砟轨道水泥乳化沥青砂浆充填层的运营维护以及新型有机-无机复合粘弹性材料的研发提供支持.%Cement emulsified asphalt mortar (CA mortar)which consists of cement,emulsified asphalt,sand,water,an appropriate amount of additives,and other components,is a kind of viscoelastic organic-inorganic composite material formed by gluing cement sand aggregate at normal temperature using the combinational cementing matrix that contains the hydration products of cement hydration reaction and asphalt.It is one of the key materials used in high-speed railway plate-type ballastless track struc-ture,and executes the roles of supporting,adjusting,buffering and coordinating.This paper aims to provide support for the opera-tion and maintenance of cement emulsified asphalt mortar filling layer for high-speed railway slab ballastless track as well as R&D of new organic-inorganic composite viscoelastic materials.It reviews the typical composition and proportion of CA mortar,comprehen-sively analyzes the work performance,mechanical properties,durability and deformation performance and their main influencing fac-tors,delineates the microstructural formation and evolution characteristics,and finally outlines the principal directions of CA mortar in the future.
