复合材料疲劳损伤演化的两阶段模型

             

摘要

针对复合材料疲劳损伤的特征,将损伤过程分为减速损伤和加速损伤两个阶段;基于连续介质损伤力学的概念,建立了疲劳损伤演化两阶段模型。并用此模型描述了Silicone X238、Chloroprene、Noryl GTX830等复合材料的疲劳损伤。结果表明,提出的两阶段模型与试验结果吻合较好%As for fatigue damage characteristics of composite materials, a damage process is divided into two stage, i.e. decelerating damage and accelerating damage evolution. Based on Continuum Damage Mechanics, a general two stage model for accumulation of fatigue damage in composite materials is presented. And the two stage model was applied to describe the damage evolutioin in composite materials of Silicone X238, Noryl GTX830 etc. , It was indicated experimentally that the predicted damage evolution is agreement very well with experimental data
