原位合成制备POB、PA、MoS2固体混合润滑涂层的摩擦学性能

         

摘要

Continuous and even lubrication films of POB, PA and MoS2 solid mixture were formed on test blocks by in-situ. The polyoxybenzoate (POB) chemical structures and thermal properties of the prepared POB as well as the tribological behaviors of the prepared coatings were investigated. The results show the continuous and even lubrication films could be obtained by sintering at 200 and 260 ℃. The chemical structure of the prepared POB was essentially identical to that of the commercial POB. However, the prepared POB exhibited a higher content of -COOH than the commercial POB and its decomposition temperature (T<,d>) and crystal transition temperature were about 10-20 ℃ lower than those of the latter. For the coating with 20% plyamide(PA) and 30% MoS2, the steady friction coefficient was lower than 0.045 with the lowest wear loss 0.082 mm<'3> when it was sliding against the counterpart.%以原位合成法在1045钢基体上制备了POB、PA、MoS2固体混合润滑涂层,并对所合成的聚苯酯(POB)的化学结构特点、热性能及混合涂层的摩擦学性能进行了分析.结果表明:当两步反应的温度分别为200℃和260℃时,可制得连续均匀的混合涂层;自制POB的化学结构与商品POB的基本一致,但分子中-COOH的含量高于后者的,同时前者的热分解温度(T<,d>)和晶型转变温度也比商品POB的低10~20℃;当混合涂层中含20%的聚已二酸己二胺(PA)和30%的MoS2时,混合涂层的磨损体积最小,为0.082 mm<'3>,摩擦因数可达0.045以下.
