原位反应制备表面有铁硅金属间化合物层的镁基复合材料组织与性能

         

摘要

The Fe-Si intermetallic compound layer and magnesium matrix composites were fabricated by exothermic reaction method with Fe-Mg-SiO2 reactive system. The microstrueture and chemical composition were analyzed by SEM and EDS. The results show that the FeSi2.3 intermetallic compound layers were formed on the surface of magnesium matrix composites and its thickness increased with the increase of reactive temperature, prolongation of reactive time and rise of pre-pressure. The average thickness and hardness of the layer were over 95μm and 557 HV, respectively. The distribution of MgO particles formed by in situ reaction was even and its size was smaller than 2 μm.%采用Fe-Mg—SiO2反应体系和放热反应法,制备了镁基复合材料,同时在其表层制备出铁硅金属间化合物层,用扫描电镜和能谱仪分析了化合物层、复合材料及界面的组织和化学成分。结果表明:表面化合物层主要为FeSi2.5金属间化合物,化合物层厚度随反应温度升高、反应时间延长和预制压力提高而增大,化合物层的平均厚度和硬度分别达到95μm和557HV以上,复合材料中反应生成的氧化镁颗粒分布均匀,颗粒尺寸小于2μm。
