采用G1eeble-3500型热力模拟试验机研究了AZ91镁合金在变形温度为250~400℃、应变速率为10-3~1 s-1条件下的热压缩变形行为。结果表明:AZ91镁合金在350~400℃、应变速率10-3~10-2 s-1条件下的热压缩变形中发生了完全动态再结晶,而合金表面没有发生明显的开裂;在350℃,10-2 s-1的变形条件下,当应变量达到70%时,晶粒平均尺寸在10μm以下。%Hot compressive deformation behavior of the AZ91 magnesium alloy performed at the temperature of 250-400 ℃ and the strain rate of 10-3 - 1 s-1 was examined by Gleeble-3500 thermal mechanical simulator. It was shown that the AZ91 magnesium alloy had completely dynamic recrystallization during hot compressive deformation at the temperature of 350-400 'C and the strain rate of 10-3 -10-2 s-1, obvious crack was not found on the alloy surface. The average grain size was smaller than 10 pan when the strain was 70% at 350 ℃ and 10-2 s-1.
