摘要

CuO-doped (1-x)Ca0.61Nd0.26TiO3+xNd(Mgl/2Til/2)O3 complex microwave dielectric ceramics were produced using conventional solid-state reaction method. The densities, microstructures and microwave dielectric properties after sintering with different x values of composite ceramics were investigated. Results show that when the x value increased, the dielectric constant decreased, but the Q · f increased, and the temperature coefficient of resonant frequency changed from a positive to a negative value, and near zero τ1 value ceramics could be obtained in the range of x from 0. 3 to 0. 5 ; When x was 0. 5, an optimal dielectric properties of composite ceramics could be obtained.%采用固相合成法制备了掺杂CuO的(1-x)Ca0.61Nd0.26TiO3+xNd(Mg1/2Ti1/2)O3微波介质复合陶瓷材料,研究了不同成分复合陶瓷烧结后的密度、微观结构以及介电性能的变化规律。结果表明:随着x值的增大,复合陶瓷的介电常数呈下降趋势,Q·f值逐渐升高,谐振频率温度系数由正变为负,且在0.3〈x〈0.5时可以得到接近于0的谐振频率温度系数;当x=0.5时,可获得微波介电性能最好的复合陶瓷。
