DH32船板钢埋弧焊接头的力学性能

         

摘要

The high-strength DH32 shipping plate steel was welded by submerged arc welding.Then the mechanical properties of the welded joints were measured and the impact fracture morphology was analyzed by using scanning electron microscope,tensile tester,impact tester,and so on.The results show that after the 10th pass submerged arc welding,the welded joints all fractured near the base material close to the heat affected zone during tensile test.The tensile strength of the joint was almost as high as that of the base material and the softening phenomenon was not observed.The average impact energies of the specimens in weld,fusion zone and heat affected zone were 55,58,75 J respectively,which all met the requirement of impact energy over 34 J.With the increase of the distance from the weld center,the fibrous area at the impact fracture surface of the welded joint increased and basically there was no zone with the worst toughness in the welded joint.%采用埋弧焊对DH32高强度船板钢进行了焊接,通过扫描电镜、拉伸和冲击试验机等测试了焊接接头的力学性能并分析了其冲击断口形貌。结果表明:该钢10道次埋弧焊焊接接头的拉伸断裂位置均在靠近热影响区的母材区,接头的抗拉强度与母材的相当,没有出现明显的软化现象;焊缝、熔合区、热影响区试样的平均冲击功分别为55,58,75 J,均满足冲击功不小于34 J 的要求;随着距焊缝中心距离的增大,焊接接头冲击断口中的纤维区面积增大,接头基本不存在韧性最差区。
