碳含量对FeCoCrNiMnCx 高熵合金显微组织与性能的影响

             

摘要

采用悬浮冷坩埚熔炼法制备了不同碳含量的FeCoCrNiMnCx(x 为0,0.1,0.2,0.3,0.4)高熵合金,研究了碳含量对其显微组织、力学性能和耐蚀性能的影响.结果表明:FeCoCrNiMnCx高熵合金具有典型的树枝晶组织;随着碳含量增加,Cr7 C3析出相增多,尺寸增大,合金的硬度增大,强度呈先增后减的变化规律,当x=0.3时,合金的抗拉强度最高,为665 MPa;在质量分数为3.5%的NaCl溶液中,合金的自腐蚀电流密度随着碳含量增加而减小,FeCoCrNiMnC0.4合金具有最佳的耐蚀性能.%High entropy alloys FeCoCrNiMnCx(x is 0,0.1,0.2,0.3,0.4)with different carbon contents were prepared by cold crucible smelting method,and effects of carbon content on microstructure,mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of the alloys were studied.The results show that high entropy alloys FeCoCrNiMnCx had the typical dendrite structure.With the increase of carbon content,the number and size of precipitate Cr7 C3 increased,the hardness increased and the strength increased and then decreased.The maximum tensile strength of the alloy was up to 665 MPa when x=0.3.In 3.5wt% NaCl solution,with the increase of carbon content,the corrosion current density of the alloys decreased,and the alloy FeCoCrNiMnC0.4 owned the best corrosion resistance.
