自蔓延高温合成氧化铝陶瓷内衬J55钢油管的性能

         

摘要

采用离心自蔓延高温合成法在J55钢油管内表面制备了氧化铝陶瓷层,得到陶瓷内衬复合油管,研究了该复合油管的显微组织、耐腐蚀性能、抗结垢结蜡性能、力学性能和内衬层的结合性能,并与J55钢油管进行了对比分析.结果表明:该复合油管基体的显微组织与J55钢油管相似,但晶粒得到了细化;复合油管的抗拉强度和承压性能与J55钢油管的基本相近;复合油管内表面的耐腐蚀性能和抗结垢结蜡性能优异,腐蚀后内表面形貌未发生明显变化,腐蚀质量损失率约为0.09%,远小于J55钢油管的51.11%,结垢结蜡试验后管内沉积物较少,质量增加率仅为0.45%,远小于J55钢油管的31.5%;复合油管的最大冲击功为73.5 J,最小弯曲半径为11.47 m,其陶瓷层和基体结合强度为36.68 MPa.%The alumina ceramic layer was prepared at the inner-wall surface of J55 steel tubing by the self-propagating high temperature synthesis and the ceramic-lined composite tubing was obtained.The microstructure, corrosion resistance,scale and wax resistance,mechanical properties and bonding property of the composite tubing were studied and compared and analyzed with those of the J55 steel tubing.The results show that the microstructure of the composite tubing was similar to that of the J55 steel tubing,by contrast the grains were refined.The tensile strength and pressure resistance of the composite tubing was close to those of the J55 steel tubing.The corrosion resistance and scale and wax resistance of the composite tubing were excellent.The inner-wall surface after corrosion changed little and the corrosion mass loss was about 0.09wt%,which was much lower than 51.11wt% of the J55 steel tubing.After scale and wax test,the deposits were fewer in the composite tubing and the percent mass gain was only 0.45wt%,which was much lower than 31.5wt% of the J55 steel tubing.The maximum impact energy and minimum bending radius of the composite tubing was 73.5 J and 11.47 m respectively and the bonding strength of ceramic layer to the matrix was 3 6 .6 8 MPa.
