尖吻鲈仔、稚鱼异速生长研究

         

摘要

The paper considered that the 16th day post hatch (DPH) was the distinction between the larval and juvenile stages of Lates calcarifer.Main organs of Lates calcarifer were measured and analyzed using Auto CAD 2014 software.The results indicated that key organs associated with feeling,breathing,swimming and feeding developed and differentiated rapidly,and displayed allometric patterns.As for major head organs,rostrum length(b1 =1.236,b2 =1.100),mouth width (b1 =1.072,b2 =1.106) exhibited positive allometric growth with different rates at larval stage.Eye diameter exhibited the same rate with total length at the larval stage(b 1 =0.966),but exhibited negative allometric growth at juvenile stages (b2 =0.610).Head region height exhibited positive allometric growth at the larval stage(b1 =1.080),but exhibited negative allometric growth at juvenile stage (b2 =0.807).Head region length exhibited positive allometric growth both at the larval and juvenile stages (b1 =1.115 8,b2 =1.051 7).Body height (b1 =1.013,b2 =1.047) and trunk length (b1 =1.048,b2 =1.020)exhibited the same growth rate with total length.As for the swimming organs,pectoral fin exhibited the same growth rate with total length at larval stage (b1 =1),but displayed positive allometric growth at juvenile stage (b2 =1.087).Dorsal fin,pelvic fin and anal fin which were firstly developed at juvenile stage exhibited fast growth(b =1.067,1.083,1.152).Tail fin length exhibited negative allometric growth at larval stage (b1 =0.880),but exhibited the same growth rate with total length at juvenile stage (b2 =1.030).%以16日龄尖吻鲈(Lates calarifer)为仔、稚鱼发育的区分节点,采用Auto CAD 2014软件对尖吻鲈(孵化后1 ~36 d)关键器官进行测量和分析.研究发现,在尖吻鲈仔、稚鱼的感觉、呼吸、摄食和游泳等重要器官分化的过程中,均表现出异速生长现象.头部器官中,吻长、口宽在仔、稚鱼期表现出生长速率不同的正异速生长;眼径在仔鱼期为等速生长,稚鱼期转化为负异速生长;仔鱼期的头高为正异速生长,稚鱼期转为负异速生长.在躯干部分器官中,头长在仔、稚鱼阶段均为快速生长,体高及躯干长为等速生长.游泳器官中,仔鱼期,尖吻鲈胸鳍保持等速生长,稚鱼期转为正异速生长;尾鳍在仔鱼期为负异速生长,稚鱼期转化为等速生长,而稚鱼期起始分化的背鳍、臀鳍、腹鳍为快速生长.
