铣头自动交换技术在A/C轴双摆角铣头中的应用

摘要

According to the structure of A/C axes bi-rotary milling head, the principle of A axis automatic exchange , process of inserting components, excess positioning of insert components and positioning problem between A axis and milling head library are studied. After the manufacture and experiment of prototype , the results fully proved the rationality of the automatic exchange technique.%针对A/C轴双摆角铣头的结构特点,研究了A轴自动交换过程中的A轴自动交换原理、对接元件的对接过程、对接元件的过定位问题以及A轴与铣头库的定位问题.通过对样机试制与实验验证,充分证明了该技术的合理性.
