电子化摇臂钻床控制系统的设计与实现

摘要

The paper gives the electrical rebuilding design and practice procedure of old radial drilling machine, with PLC and specialized frequency converter using digital display panel. The above technology of rebuilding not only simplifies the main driving mechanism, but also increases the working efficiency and gives convenience to the operators. The reliability and efficiency of common radial drilling machine is also increased.%介绍了采用PLC和具有数字显示面板的专用变频器对老式摇臂钻床进行电子化改造的设计方案与实施过程.通过上述的技术改造不但能够使主传动机构得以简化,还在提高了工作效率的同时方便了操作人员,使普通摇臂钻床的可靠性和效率大为提高.
