大型结构件电动轮矿车前桥制造技术

摘要

This paper discussed an advanced welding and machining process about big fabric part. The technology scheme involved welding fixture, advanced tool, machining equipment, the control of welding distortion and so on. Then we gained a suit of particular manufacturing process about mining truck's front-axle. Finally, we produced the complex part and realized the batch production. The practicality patent about front-axle impaction in NC machine has been authorized, and the whole technology of "The Manufacturing Process of Diesel-electric Mining Truck's Front-Axle" is advanced in the world.%介绍了矿车典型结构件前桥的先进焊接工艺技术和数控加工技术,包括大型组件的焊接工装设计、先进数控刀具选型、工艺方案和焊接变形控制以及部件精度保证方法等,形成独特的大型结构件制造技术并最终实现了前桥的制造和批量生产.工件在机床的装夹方法获授权实用新型专利,前桥的焊接和数控加工工艺技术在国际上具有领先地位.
