基于加工中心的极小子样试验评估法

     

摘要

针对大型复杂昂贵的加工中心往往只能做试件样本量为1或2的极小样本试验的情形,充分利用工程试验经验信息,提出了将虚拟增广法和半经验评估法相结合的可靠性评估方法对加工中心进行了可靠性评估.该评估方法提高了加工中心在极小样本量下的试验寿命评估的精度,为加工中心的可靠性研究提供了更加合理有效的评估方法.%Aiming at the situation that the extreme small-scale sample test, specimen sample amount of which was 1 or 2, could only be usually made by the large-scale complicated expensive machining center, making full use of the engineering test experience information, the reliability assessment method combined by the virtual augmented method and the semi—empirical evaluation method was put forward for reliability assessment on the machining center. This evaluation method increased the accuracy of the test life assessment of the machining center in extreme small—scale sample size, and provided a more reasonable and effective assessment method for the reliability research on machining center.
