基于PROFIBUS-DP的840D数控系统的主轴控制

In this paper a new control scheme for spindle control of 840D NC system based on PROFIBUS-DP communication is introduced by analyzing the main spindle control of 840D NC system at present. The system implementation is described in detail by professional M code of NC machine. This control scheme has good practicability.%通过分析目前主流的数控系统中主轴控制方式,介绍了一种基于PROFIBUS-DP通信的840D数控系统的主轴控制方案,详细介绍了该方案的实现过程,并用数控机床专用的主轴M代码验证这种方案的可行性.该方案具有很好的实用性.
