SKR7620内螺纹磨削中心的设计研究

摘要

This paper introduced some problems in processing screw nut, and gave some solutions for them. It also introduced the design ideas, structure characteristics and range of application for SKR7620 inner thread grinding center. Meanwhile, it discussed design and manufacturing of the multifunctional composite machine tool; exploit and research of automatic tool setting, online measuring setting; design and manufacturing of the high precision spindle.%提出了丝杠螺母加工中存在的问题,阐述了解决方法,介绍了SKR7620内螺纹磨削中心的设计思路、结构特点及应用范围,并对机床的多项核心技术,如复合多功能机床的设计、制造；自动对刀、在线测量机构开发、研制;高精度回转轴系的设计、制造展开论述.
