大型设计院开展EPC影响因素分析

摘要

本文针对EPC业务发展需要，结合大型设计院的项目管理实践，首先从政策支持和传统优势两方面分析了推进EPC的促进因素，然后重点从外部和内部两个角度分析了障碍和不利因素，最后阐述了EPC项目运行过程中要关注的几类风险。%Aiming at developing EPC project, this paper makes a study on the promoting factors from policy support and traditional advantages aspects to develop EPC combined with the project management practice in large design institute. Then this paper selective analyzes the obstacles and disadvantages from internal and external factors..At last it emphasizes to pay more attention to several risks during the EPC project running.
