本文针对EPC业务发展需要,结合大型设计院的项目管理实践,首先从政策支持和传统优势两方面分析了推进EPC的促进因素,然后重点从外部和内部两个角度分析了障碍和不利因素,最后阐述了EPC项目运行过程中要关注的几类风险。%Aiming at developing EPC project, this paper makes a study on the promoting factors from policy support and traditional advantages aspects to develop EPC combined with the project management practice in large design institute.
