加快修购专项执行进度的几点体会

摘要

管理体系和制度是加快修购专项执行进度的保障，认真做好前期工作是修购专项顺利实施的前提，加强实施管理是加快修购专项执行进度的关键。文章认为，要进一步建立健全项目管理体系和管理制度，强化项目的组织管理，强化项目实施的过程管理，搞好各方协调，加快专项的执行进度，最终实现项目的和谐管理。%Management systems and regulations are the guarantee to speed up the implement of special funds for repair and purchase. Conscientiously making phase preparations and management are prerequisite and key to speed up the implement of special funds for repair and purchase. In order to realize the harmonious management of projects, this paper put forward some suggestions, such as improving the management systems, the rules and regulations, en-hancing the organization management, and promoting the process management of projects. Moreover, the coordination of all project parties should be implemented well, and the execution progress of projects should be speeded up.
