The paper introduces the design of hardware and software of intellective material level measuring system which using 8031 singlechip computer and adopting heavyweightdetected mechanical sensor as controller.%为解决特殊环境的料位测量,以8031单片机为控制器,采用重锤探测机械式传感器组成智能化料位检测系统进行其硬件和软件设计。
