针对一辆采用电子差速的四轮独立驱动电动车的驱动要求,以Infineon 公司XC164单片机为核心,给出了一套完整的4个无刷直流电动机联合控制设计方案,介绍了该方案的电动机控制器间通讯原理,及电动机控制器硬件设计、PI算法及软件设计,并通过自累加启动策略解决了把转速作为控制对象与低启动电流之间的矛盾,最后通过实验证实了自累加策略的有效性.%With the purpose of developing a motor control system for a 4-wheel-driving (4WD) electric vehicle with the electrical differential (ED) technology,a joint speed control system of four brushless DC motors is constructed,which uses XC164 single-chip from company Infineon as the central unit.Both hard/software and communication principle are described with the details.The contradiction between speed-control and low start current of the motor is solved by self-accumulation strategy.At last the improvement is proved by Experiments.
