一种新型的链轮传动机构设计与研究

摘要

In the paper,using the meshing drive with sprocket and chain wheel, we designed a new type sprocket drive mechanism based on the chain drive. It described detailedly the working theory, structure,design methods and lubrication style etc. The sprocket drive is applicableb for the limited installation space and poor working conditions with advantages of chain drive.%在链传动的基础上,采用链轮与链盘啮合传动,设计了一种新型的链轮传动机构.详细介绍了链轮传动机构的工作原理、结构特点、设计方法和润滑方式等.该链轮传动机构具有链传动的优点,可适用于安装空间受限,工作条件比较恶劣的场合.
