制动气压调节器的气密性检测控制系统的研究

摘要

To achieve the pressure regulator to brake for automatic testing of air tightness, this paper designed a system for the detection of high reliability and accuracy. This article discussed leak intelligent detection systems based on PLC,IPC and programming software. The detection systems given the ideas and the methods of detection, hardware design,software design and the functions implemented,and the anti- jamming technology.%针对如何实现制动气压调节器气密性自动检测的问题,设计了一套可靠性和精度高的检测系统.论述了基于可编程控制器、工控机和编程软件的气密性智能检测系统,给出了系统检测原理、硬件结构设计、软件结构设计和实现的功能,并实施了抗干扰技术.
